The building is a three story building which houses approximately 26,000 square feet. Each floor plate is designed to allow five tenants without making any changes to the existing building services. The building is highly efficient with only 12% common space. The building is on a very narrow site and accommodates the medical suites with a drop off covered porte-cochere. The exterior design is a modern interpretation of classical architecture.

Burrco Office/Warehouse Building - Coral Springs, FL

Flexibility and budget. These two words were the primary concerns during the design of this building. Normally, warehouse structures in the back of a corporate park aesthetics are not a concern, but our office inserted this as the third primary concern. The simple design did not increase the overall construction budget and the outcome is a building we can be proud to have in our portfolio.

The interior spaces were designed to allow for maximum flexibility to join or split each unit by spacing the front door and rear overhead doors in a systemmatic manner. The windows along the front allow for plenty of natural light to filter into the office and warehouse spaces. There is space still available to own in this condominium project.
