Service Capabilities:


We approach the design of your space by first understanding your company needs.  During this process, we will verify the existing field conditions or review the construction documentation of the new building you will be occupying.


The design process is an evolution of ideas.  We will project your company needs into a space plan.  This plan can evolve and change until you are satisfied with the space planning.


Upon approval of the space plan, we will begin the construction documentation. The construction documentation typically includes architecture, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and plumbing engineering.  If your needs require other specialties such as fire sprinkler engineering, fire alarm design, kitchen design, civil engineering, landscape architecture, sound design, audio/visual design, etc., we can provide those services also for an additional fee.


When the construction documentation is complete, we will provide the documents needed for permitting. The general contractor is responsible for submitting the permit drawings to the City and tracking the permit while in review.  If comments need to be addressed, we address the comments until a permit is issued.


During the construction phase, we will work with the general contractor on an as needed basis until the project is completed.  If the general contractor needs additional information to complete the design as intended by this firm, we will provide any necessary details to complete the work.
